Shipping policy

Turnaround
Most orders ship within 2-8 business days depending on the item purchased (not including commissioned paintings, please see the commissions page for info.)

Original paintings are shipped direct from my Palmetto, FL studio. All other products are printed professionally offsite by my professional printing partners for the highest quality products. 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments within the US - Original paintings will take between 2-5 business days to receive domestically after shipment. All other items will take between 3-10 business days to receive domestically.

I do not currently ship internationally. 


Order Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number. The moment the package is shipped, tracking will be sent to you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free within the US! 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Refund policy

How To Return An Item

You must contact me within 7 days of receipt with your request. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email sagittariusgallery@gmail.com to initiate request.
2. Mail your returned item to:

     Palmetto, FL, USA
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless product was damaged. 

In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product

If you receive a damaged product, please send photos of the damaged product as well as the shipping container to sagittariusgallery@gmail.com. I do not require damaged products be returned - a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent asap, whichever you prefer. Do not return damaged products, please discard as you see fit after you have take sufficient photos of the damage of both the product and the package for me to view and file a claim with the post office.


Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returns are also not accepted on custom paintings or engraved jewelry.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

Please note I do not accept exchanges. Once I have received product back in new condition the refund minus restocking fee will be remitted. You may re-place your order for the desired product any time.

Privacy policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
